Overview

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align channels like SMS, email, and other marketing channels to deliver a unified brand message. Create integrated marketing and activation plans, develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as meet our service and quality level standards.


Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, audience segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Design and implement activation plans across various channels (email, SMS) to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Consistently communicate program status and outcomes through dashboards and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with content, design, analytics, business partners, and Information Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation, including opportunities such as GenAI.
  • Manage the campaign marketing automation roadmap and define the overall campaign strategy, creative testing, customer journey optimization, etc.
  • Lead development and implementation of an enhanced campaign automation platform to drive scale and align with company business objectives.
  • Utilize multi-channel marketing communication solutions targeted to different audience segments/needs to drive personalization and engagement through the multi-channels.
  • Work cross-functionally, collaborate, consult, and influence with all levels of the organization. Establish and leverage relationships with management and business clients, including creating relevant business cases to propel projects, managing SMS integration into the campaign platform, fostering greater connectivity to the Digital and Customer Experience Teams.
  • Lead ongoing collaboration with business partners to identify innovative use cases based on key business priorities.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Requirements

  • Expert in Campaign Automation platforms, such as Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, Hubspot, etc.
  • Ability to create strategic roadmaps and business cases to support campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable results
  • Utilization of GenAI tools to enhance campaign strategies, automate processes, and generate data-driven insights for improved marketing performance
  • Understanding of digital and channel marketing strategies and principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across business functions and synthesize clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience leading and managing digital and campaign initiatives
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with a focus on actions and outcomes
  • Ability to stay current on evolving trends, technology, and opportunities and work with partners and stakeholders to bring new activities to life.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience required
  • Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to identify structure and assess key issues involved in validating specific strategic opportunities.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
  • Strong ability in fact-based decision making with a candid approach to business dealings.
  • Commitment to maintaining effectiveness by improving skills and acquiring new skills over time.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related major preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including Campaign Management / Campaign Automation.
  • Campaign Management experience managing the day-to-day campaign maintenance, including internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and the performance of various campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in managing budgets
  • Experience with multiple campaign channels, including email, SMS, display

The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.


Pay Range

USD $104,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
