Position Summary The Manager, Career and Industry Relations supports the Director of Career and Industry Relations with event management, strategic initiatives, and data analysis in the execution of career development programs. Counsels students and offers career coaching to students in the MS Financial Engineering program. This role is essential to maintaining and growing the program's strong career resources and placement outcomes. Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related area Required Experience: 5+ years years of work experience in a recruiting coordination, recruitment or career services role, supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Preference given to candidates with knowledge of STEM-related industries and professions. Experience in financial services is a plus. Proficiency in career resource platforms is a plus. Familiarity with global markets, particularly in China, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, administrative efficiency, and project management, while contributing to the success of 300+ graduate students annually. Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $110,000.00 to USD $130,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
