DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Lead consumer insights research from start to finish, including identifying and refining research objectives in partnership with key stakeholders, determining appropriate research design and methodology and developing actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Key strategic partner in the development of campaigns, active participation in strategy development meetings, and producing key insights and strategic considerations.
- Socialize consumer insights and actionable recommendations through storytelling (verbally and through data visualization) and effective communication of complex data.
- Point person on analytical projects, which includes providing updates to key stakeholders and dissemination of research in cross-functional settings.
- Proactively identify opportunities for consumer research and analysis to inform key business questions.
- Contribute to the preparation of business review presentations, including PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on previous business initiatives, as well as forward-looking recommendations for growth of the business.
- Manage procedural responsibilities such as uploading reports to insights research library, maintaining vendor/supplier relationships and administrative tasks related to project approvals.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Experience synthesizing data into insights and producing concise analyses.
- Familiarity with a range of quantitative and qualitative custom research methodologies.
- Familiarity with relational databases, ability to work with extremely large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines in a high paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reporting, creating calculated KPIs or metrics preferred.
- Familiarity with entertainment, technology and video game market, related products, and industry knowledge a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $102,500 - $164,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
