- Estimated Salary: $123,000 - $166,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop talent and build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team by hiring top talent, fostering growth opportunities, and promoting continuous skill development in engineering, leadership, and business acumen.
Foster a positive team culture where associates feel valued, respected, and connected by championing Mutual of Omaha's core values and promoting self-directed, motivated teams.
Ensure system availability, quality, and long-term technology alignment by managing audits, compliance, and adherence to Incident, Problem, and Change standards while defining technology plans that meet evolving business needs.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by championing SAFe Agile principles, leveraging Organizational Change Management, and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle.
Manage team budgets and optimize costs across labor, hardware, software, and consulting resources while maintaining high-quality technology solutions.
Build strong partnerships with I/S, business partners, and vendors by acting as a trusted advisor, leading contract negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing performance metrics.
Collaborate across all levels of the organization to solve problems and influence outcomes by removing barriers, prioritizing work, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, project management, business, or equivalent experience.
A forward-thinking mindset, embracing innovation, change, and continuous learning.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and apply business and technical acumen to modern technologies.
