Our Modern, Flexible Workplace: Summary of the Job: Work will include declining pending applications and closing approved accounts based on linked data from the applications. The work currently covers consumer and small business applications and accounts with the intent to start looking at UCL and HIL The Associate II role will possess an in-depth knowledge of credit applications and key systems; he or she will act as the Subject Matter Expert for high risk/fraudulent credit card applications. This roll will work collaboratively with the teams noted above; and will advise, influence, and recommend opportunities to enhance technology, systems, strategy, procedures, and documentation. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
