Description Job Summary: The HR Generalist/Recruiter will partner with HR Team members to ensure employee alignment with policies, goals and objectives, as well as work with employees and managers to build morale and increase productivity, retention and engagement. An area of focus in this role will be driving Kinetic Advantage's recruitment activities to deliver high quality candidates to the organization. This position will engage with key stakeholders to maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization's current and future hiring demands. Duties/Responsibilities:
