HR Generalist/Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist/Recruiter will partner with HR Team members to ensure employee alignment with policies, goals and objectives, as well as work with employees and managers to build morale and increase productivity, retention and engagement. An area of focus in this role will be driving Kinetic Advantage's recruitment activities to deliver high quality candidates to the organization. This position will engage with key stakeholders to maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization's current and future hiring demands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, hiring and initial onboarding of various positions throughout the company utilizing the Applicant Tracking System
  • Drive the hiring process including offer letters, I-9 Verification, and background completions
  • Interact with various Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to gain insight on expectations for their roles and strategically source to identify quality candidates utilizing the most effective sourcing mediums
  • Facilitate onboarding activities to include general orientation for all new hires as well as assigning training, and will be involved in offboarding tasks and exit interviews
  • Provide HR Policy interpretation and guidance to team members, management and leaders
  • Lead or contribute to other HR-related projects, tasks and initiatives assigned that align with organizational goals
  • Maintain data integrity and provide system support in HRIS to ensure updated employee records and assist in the generation of HR metrics and reports to support business decisions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information, payroll, employee relations and other sensitive matters

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience working within an HR team
  • 3+ years of proactive sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification is highly preferred
  • Proven experience with legal requirements of the hiring process

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time

* Must be able to communicate clearly

* Ability to operate computer and office equipment and move about an office environment

* Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
