POSITION SUMMARY This internship is a unique opportunity for a career driven individual to gain firsthand experience in various aspects of information technology including the various IT projects, business applications, IT support, and Master Data. The intern will work closely with our IT team, contributing to the overall success of our organization while building functional IT skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the SAP ERP Technical Team Contribute to the data cleanup and workflows Create process and procedure documentation Assist with support of Salesforce Assist with the documentation of daily processes and procedures using Jira and Confluence is a plus Support integration between different business applications PROFILE The preferred candidate will be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field and be able to demonstrate: MS Office proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, etc. Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and data efficiently Effective communication abilities: Both written and verbal Critical thinking: Problem-solving and decision-making skills Initiative-taker: Demonstrating initiative and proactiveness Research and writing skills: Useful for tasks like policy development and employee communications.
