Logistician, Senior III Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support. Logistician, Senior III Job Description: The Logistician candidate should have experience with developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation and materials. Logistician, Senior III Required Tasks: * Experience should be in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship HM&E and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment. * Experience in identifying material and logistics requirements for ship alteration and repair. * Experience with the Navy supply and procurement systems and procedures for requisitioning and purchasing material required to support ship alterations and repairs. * Experience in researching types and quantities of material and equipment allowed aboard Naval ships, to include a minimum of one (1) year experience in use of the Ship's Configuration and Logistic Support Control (SCLSC) database. * Experience in MBPS to ensure APL/RIC information is identified and applicability data is accurate. Logistician, Senior III Additional Requirements: * High school, trade, industrial school, or GED equivalent, or Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. This individual should have ten (10) years of experience. * Must be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen. * Proactive/self-starter. Task driven with ability to work independently. * Team player that takes ownership and develops relationships with the team members which fosters team success.
