Finance Manager

This position will be located in Rio Bravo, MX.

• Ensure quality control of financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Oversee the Mexican accounting system and maintain both MXN and US books
• Lead Mexican team of finance employees
• Manage and oversee Mexican tax returns, payments and compliance, Mexican tax electronic signature (FIEL) used for tax and customs payments.
• Manage outside audit firm that performs social security and tax audits
• Oversee the month-end closing process and report the final month-end trial balance to the US
• Perform account reconciliations for reporting to US.
• Primary person responsible for MXN financial reporting
• Respond to all questions, comments and issues arising from US corporate.
• Manage accounting oversight of inventory counts

• Must be eligible to work in Mexico
• BA in Accounting/Finance Required
• Advanced Business English/Spanish Required
• Minimum of 5 years' verifiable experience in Administration and Finance or Controller
• Mexican Tax Laws Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
