Marketing Technology Operations Manager

Location: Remote, USA (East Coast strongly preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience. Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K

Summary

We're looking for a MarTech Operations Manager to play a key role in our marketing team by owning the integration and optimization of our marketing technologies-most notably, our newest addition, Qualified chatbot. In this role, you'll work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure our MarTech stack runs smoothly and supports our broader marketing efforts. Your expertise will help streamline campaigns, enhance lead generation, and improve customer engagement.

As part of our team, you'll also manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing technologies, like DemandBase, HubSpot, and more, ensuring that these tools are optimized to achieve maximum impact. You'll be responsible for creating automated processes that improve campaign execution, tracking performance, and driving results that align with business objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Take the lead in integrating and optimizing key marketing technologies, focusing on Qualified chatbot, to ensure seamless alignment with marketing goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee ongoing refinement of platforms like DemandBase, HubSpot, and others, ensuring smooth integration with marketing workflows and automating critical processes to drive efficiency and performance..
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to align technology with business objectives, and help create automated processes that support smarter campaign execution and stronger results.
  • Develop reporting structures to monitor and measure the performance of marketing technologies, using data to drive continuous improvements in strategy and execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices for using marketing technologies effectively, providing necessary training and documentation for ongoing support.
  • Manage vendor relationships to keep our marketing technologies updated, secure, and performing optimally.
  • Stay on top of new trends and innovations in marketing technology and automation, and recommend tools or updates to improve overall marketing performance.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security and privacy regulations (such as GDPR) to maintain data integrity and protect customer privacy.



Required Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with AI chatbots, specifically Qualified or similar platforms, including implementation, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a strong background in integration, automation, and platform management (e.g., DemandBase, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, integrations, and APIs. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and CRM platforms to track, report, and optimize performance.
  • Proven track record in leveraging cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, sales) to implement technology solutions that drive business results.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, develop reports, and use performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders, including training and supporting team members on tech best practices.



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technology trends, best practices, and emerging tools, particularly in automation, AI chatbots, and customer engagement.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring tech stack compliance with security and privacy standards.

Travel
