Location: Remote, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience. Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K

Summary
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at OneStream Software, a leading corporate performance management (CPM) platform. This role will focus on driving field programs within the Banking industry and assisting with Public Sector industry field programs. You will support our Sr. Field Marketing Managers in developing and managing demand generation programs, industry sponsorships, and event campaigns to build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with a strong commitment to the success of North America Field Marketing Programs on both regional and national levels. They are self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with sales stakeholders and the broader marketing organization. A creative and detail-oriented approach to campaign and event execution is essential. This individual values collaborative relationships to support cross-functional goals and is ready to provide additional support for activities that contribute to pipeline creation and progression through the pipe.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Demand Generation & Sales Goals: Support OneStream Software's demand generation and sales targets through field and industry events.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Banking and Public Sector marketing landscapes.
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute the logistics of field marketing events, including shaping event themes, coordinating with outside vendors, overseeing inventory levels, managing sponsorship fulfillment, and ensuring sales teams are staffed appropriately at events.
  • Campaign Support: Conduct preliminary research and help manage field marketing campaigns.
  • Alliances Collaboration: Work with the alliances team on strategic sponsorships at partner events.
  • Quarterly Planning/Reporting: Contribute to field marketing plans on a quarterly basis, leveraging tactics such as email marketing, online marketing, direct mail, live events, etc. You will also be responsible for reporting on the success and outcome of these programs.
  • Lead Generation: Plan and manage relevant industry events to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
  • Vendor & Venue Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, trade/industry associations, and venues for event planning and logistics.
  • Social Media: Manage social media messaging related to field marketing campaigns you manage.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor expenses and budgets in an organized manner.
  • Reporting: Report on the status and performance of field marketing activities.
  • Lead/Customer Intelligence: Document and share lead and customer intelligence with the sales team to help accelerate pipeline opportunities.


Relationship Management:



  • Maintain positive relationships and follow internal processes with Alliances, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Regular communication with regional Sales leaders and Account Managers to build strong rapport and efficiently organize programs in alignment with yearly targets
  • Support and drive communications with regional Business Development team
  • Develop knowledge of product lines/services and positioning



Required Education and Experience



  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or a related field; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Project and budget management experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in field and promotional marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in groups with account managers and sales management.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:

    • SAP Outlooksoft BPC
    • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
    • Hyperion HFM, FDM, Planning, Essbase, Enterprise
    • IBM Cognos or other EPM solutions
