The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) North America (NA) Change Management Officer is a critical role within the FCC NA Governance vertical and is primarily responsible for executing - and assisting with the execution of key - FCC NA Governance-related tasks including (i) project-managing FCC NA deliverables due to Financial Economic Crime and FCC Global partners, (ii) uplifting, aligning, and maintaining FCC NA-owned documentation, and (iii) executing elements of strategic projects/initiatives.

You and Your Job

The FCC NA Change Management Officer will be successful leading the Governance Team's effort to establish a comprehensive, transparent, and effective FCC NA change management framework

The FCC NA Change Management Officer is a critical role within the FCC NA Governance Team and is primarily responsible for executing and assisting with the execution of key, FCC NA Governance-related tasks including (i) project-managing FCC NA deliverables due to Financial Economic Crime (FEC) and FCC Global partners, (ii) uplifting, aligning, and maintaining FCC NA-owned documentation, and (iii) executing elements of strategic projects/initiatives.

The ideal candidate will (i) serve as FCC NA's primary point of contact for FEC Global- and FCC Global-led initiatives and requests impacting the NA region, (ii) manage and ensure accurate, thorough, and timely FCC NA responses, and (iii) develop and implement a mechanism to track FCC NA's time commitment/resource allocation for deliverables due to non-FCC NA colleagues.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Governance Team's effort to establish a comprehensive, transparent, and effective FCC NA change management framework by (i) serving as FCC NA's primary point of contact for FEC Global- and FCC Global-led initiatives and requests impacting the NA region, (ii) managing and ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely FCC NA responses, and (iii) developing and implementing a mechanism to track FCC NA's time commitment/resource allocation for deliverables due to non-FCC NA colleagues.
  • Maintain the FCC NA Central Document Repository (CDR) pipeline to ensure timely review and publication of FCC NA-owned documentation; ensure FCC NA documentation reflects current FCC Global documentation; partner with FCC NA Governance Risk Assessment Officers and Risks & Controls Partner to facilitate alignment between Business As Usual program execution, FCC NA documentation, and FCC NA's documented risks and controls; lead Governance Team's effort to ensure FCC NA documentation conveys a consistent format, tone, and clarity by collaborating with FCC NA Vertical Heads to review, challenge, revise, and rewrite FCC NA documentation.
  • Lead the Governance Team's effort to streamline (i) Global and NA Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) Key and Non-Key Risk Indicators, (ii) FCC NA Key and Non-Key Performance Indicators, and (iii) Service Level Agreement metrics with FCC NA Oversight Committee (Oversight Committee) and NA FEC Risk Management Committee (RMC) reporting; refine, create, and maintain FCC NA (K)RIs and (K)PIs while ensuring alignment to Global RAS indicators; simplify and automate FCC NA reporting, where possible.
  • Assist the FCC NA Head of Governance and the broader FCC NA Governance Team execute strategic initiatives and Governance-related program enhancements, partnering closely with FCC NA and non-FCC NA colleagues, including the First and Third Lines of Responsibility.
  • Assist FCC NA Governance Officer with the request, compilation, and dissemination of Oversight Committee and NA FEC RMC materials ahead of committee meetings, as needed; serve as delegate Oversight Committee Secretary, the responsibilities for which include drafting meeting minutes, maintaining and disseminating meeting materials, etc.
  • Assist the FCC NA Head of Governance with general reporting deliverables, including material and walk-through preparation for quarterly Federal Reserve Bank of New York Routine Continuous Monitoring meetings, Board Risk Committee, RSI Board meetings, Compliance Town Hall meetings, etc., as needed.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Risk, Compliance, or Compliance-adjacent role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
