As a full time, non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC SpecialtyPharmacy Technician Liaison, you will work within the clinics to engage the providers and patients to improve continuity of care across the system. You will consult with each patient within the clinic, with the goal being to provide specialty pharmacy services through the specialty pharmacy. This position acts a liaison between the specialty pharmacy, providers and patients and is responsible for assisting the specialty pharmacy with data entry, financial assistance, prior authorizations and updating clinical information.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work at 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Starting Pay: $18 to $20 hourly, (Depending on related work experience).
About the Facility: This hospital is a not-for-profit entity that is accredited by The Joint Commission. It is a regional health system consisting of two hospital locations in Gallipolis and Jackson, Ohio; multiple clinical locations; a comprehensive therapy and wellness center; a dental care facility; a variety long-term care entities including senior care and assisted living establishments in Jackson and Gallipolis; over 160 providers and more than 30 medical specialties and over 2500 employees.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday throughFriday from 8:30am through 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year recent experience in specialty, outpatient hospital or retail pharmacy preferred
- Experience in clinical support preferred
- Current OhioPharmacy Technician or Trainee license in good standing
- Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
- Effective communications skills; verbal and written
Hospital Requirements: (may be required)
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
- Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- HepB3 Series(or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- COVID Vaccine-Full
