Job Highlights Manages the scheduling and shipment of products to ensure the business meets agreed customer service targets. Preparing the shipping schedule and necessary documentation for bulk material loads (rail and road), product shuttles, and customer direct shipments. Coordination of the shipping schedule with the shipping department, transport companies, and corporate supply chain/logistics. Creating Purchase orders, deliveries, and Freight orders in SAP. Maintain MARSEC and DOT Hazardous training. Provide backup coverage for the front gate and Production scheduling. Perform special projects to support inventory management. Manage the Shipping schedule in Excel Monitor the Shipping schedule and SAP to facilitate finished product loading and raw material offloads Schedule/communicate the finished goods transportation to meet the production schedule and customer orders. Requirements High School / Associates Degree: Experience to deal with majority of situations and to advise others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including MS Excel. Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
