Position Description

Performs administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and program. Performs varied and complex administrative duties requiring independent judgment and the application of established policies and procedures. May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional or professional staff members.
Program Director, Raider Success Hub (RSH) Enhancements, is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ongoing support for Raider Success Hub.

Major/Essential Functions


  • Serve as product owner of Salesforce Student Success Hub, known as Raider Success Hub.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Student Services, Admissions, Academic Affairs, etc.) to gather requirements for new features and system improvements within the Raider Success Hub.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Management IT (EMIT) team to prioritize and implement enhancements, ensuring they align with university goals.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and implement effective workflows, automation, and data management strategies to support student success.
  • Lead UAT testing efforts for system enhancements and new features, ensuring functionality aligns with requirements and performs as expected.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration during the testing phase to ensure all key users are engaged and provide feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users (faculty, staff, and students) regarding issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to the Raider Success Hub.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of Raider Success Hub, escalating issues as needed and working with IT teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Generate reports on system usage, feedback, and performance metrics to assess the success of enhancements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other IT and functional teams across campus to ensure the integration of Raider Success Hub with other systems and platforms.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed within the platform.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in college student affairs or related areas plus two years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
