Pay Range DOE: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

This job is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.

JOB SUMMARY:

Goodwill Staffing is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our warehousing and distribution team in Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling customer orders, stocking and restocking products, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This role involves working in both dry storage and freezer storage environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and restock products in designated locations.
  • Load and unload trucks by hand or using a forklift.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment.
  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and handheld pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:



  • A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.


Experience:



  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with forklift operation and certification required.


Other:



  • Must have a forklift certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0 to -10 and cooler temperatures ranging from 30 to 40.
  • Experience using electric and handheld pallet jacks.
  • Ability to load and unload trucks by hand or with pallet jacks.
  • Ability to walk continuously throughout the day on a concrete floor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
