Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of general office experience.
    • 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Education requirements may be waived based on relevant experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to be thorough and accurate.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Strong customer service focus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Deadline-driven with high energy and initiative.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Strong data entry skills: minimum 8,000 KPH in alphanumeric and 7,500 KPH in 10-key.

Responsibilities:
The Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing and updating systems of record for a variety of accounts, including loan and dues accounts, ensuring accurate credit reporting and account reconciliations for a large portfolio. The role supports owners and business partners, working within service level targets and in alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide detailed account and ownership information, updating systems of record and corresponding with owners and business partners (60% of time).
  2. Ensure accurate and timely credit reporting, account histories, and reconciliations for various account types (20% of time).
  3. Maintain quality service standards, reporting potential issues to the supervisor (10% of time).
  4. Safeguard organizational information by maintaining confidentiality per PCI and PII guidelines (10% of time).
  5. Stay updated on job knowledge and skills through continuous learning and development (5% of time).

Responsibilities:
Servicing Specialists update systems of record and provide information on loan and dues accounts for Wyndham Vacation Resorts (WVR), Worldmark by Wyndham (WBW), Shell and Fixed Week products. They help service 1.2M owners and a $3B portfolio. The Servicing team is responsible for credit reporting and owner point reconciliations. These tasks must be accomplished in accordance with departmental service levels and in support of WVO and WCF strategic objectives.Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Provides detailed account and ownership information; Updates systems of record; Corresponds with owners and business partners (60% time) - Responsible for accurate and timely credit reporting (eOscar), CW refunds (Traction, RIO, Mainframe), Ownership points (TUG, Mainframe), Account Histories and amortization schedules (Blackbird, Mainframe) as well as account research and reconciliation.2. Maintains quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems (20% time)3. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential in accordance with WVO PCI and PII guidelines (10 % time)4 .Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities (5% time)
