About This Role
The Research Assistant Professor will work on Third Floor Research projects in the Staley School of Leadership. The research assistant professor will be a core team member of the Third Floor Research team with a primary responsibility to oversee research projects and coordinate with KLC monitoring and evaluation team. The research assistant professor will have opportunities to work on research that aligns with their interests and is related to the research/evaluation agendas of the SSL and KLC. Specifically, this research will measure the impact of leadership development programs at four levels: individual, organizational, challenge, and culture. Worksite Option This position is on-site. Position is based in Manhattan, Kansas with travel to Wichita, Kansas at least once a quarter. What You'll Need to Succeed Education Qualifications: An earned doctorate in leadership communication or related field Experience Qualifications: 18 months of experience with leadership and/or civic engagement research and outcomes; and analyzing data and reporting on findings - through both traditional scholarly avenues and more public-facing reports.
