What you will enjoy doing*
- You will develop and monitor KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and identify opportunities to improve reliability performance of all Linde production facilities worldwide
- You will also analyse data and information from multiple sources to recommend, design and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvement projects and initiatives
- Lead or participate in onsite reliability assessments by engaging with teams of SMEs, regional reliability personnel, and local operations
- Support regional operations/reliability organizations with implementation of strategic equipment reliability programs
- You will assist SHEQ, operations, and reliability in developing and implementing the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) standard for all facilities
- Provide engineering support to regional Mechanical Integrity (MI) leads to manage and administer AIM/MI programs in compliance with governmental regulations and Linde requirements
- Engage and work across company organizations (SHEQ, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Engineering, Finance) to identify and develop strategic solutions of long-term asset concerns (reliability threats)
- You will own and/or support reliability programs such as RAM, FMEA, RCA, PM Reviews, spare parts analysis, equipment analysis, and analysis of suppliers
What makes you great
- You will have a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or similar engineering with at least 5-7 years' experience in projects, reliability, or operations in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in maintenance and engineering of mechanical equipment in process industries such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
- Proven experience in understand and interpreting P&ID, and machinery drawings
- You will understand maintenance & reliability methodologies and strategies such as Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), CMMS systems, etc.
- Ability to travel up to 15% globally as necessary
- Experience with governmental regulations and requirements, industry standards and codes, similar to Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), API standards and OSHA PSM is preferred
- Proven understanding of machinery installation, commissioning, and process optimization in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proven knowledge of reliability methodologies and strategies such as RCM, TPM, FMEA, Spare Parts Management, Planning & Scheduling and CMMS optimization is preferred
- CMRP or CRE certification is preferred
