POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes through effectively leading and mentoring the transformation
    teams on the various initiatives.
  • Leads optimization and end to end transformation initiatives.
  • Reviews implementation of key projects assesses implementation of
    proposed plans and evaluates success.
  • Defines and develops service standards, enhances methodologies, drives
    process standardization, identifies proper tools supporting the business
    and creates/maintains knowledge repositories.
  • Provides excellent stakeholder management for business partners in the
    business environment, creates value proposition and acts as a business
    consultant.
  • Owns the change management exercise at the time of implementation.
    Acts as the governing body for process control.
  • Undertakes Industry benchmarking analysis and shares best practices.
  • Drives and supports the creation and maintenance of our Policy Deployment initiatives.
  • Leads our annual objective setting and translation into our Daily Management and Standard Work.
  • Presents support to Senior Managers and Project Leads on operation related terminal visits for best practice sharing and standardization.
  • Leads new hire onboarding and provides a relevant skills matrix for career development purposes.
  • Empowers employees to embrace our cultural change in order to achieve a more lean and efficient operation .

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Company's commitment to Safety.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.
  • Attend required workshops and regional training opportunities.

ESSENTIAL TRAINING/ SKILLS:

  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office software applications. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to identify problems and seek solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet daily requirements.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Good overall communication skills
  • Ability to meet administrative deadlines
  • Conscientious and dependable.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years or more experience
  • Work experience in terminal operations preferred.

Benefits: Full time employees are eligible For Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k match

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws
