Window and Door Estimator

This position is for a Window and Door Estimator.
This position requires Window and Door experience.
This position requires the ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
Assemble a proposal package, coordinate and support proposal presentation to the sales team, or
assist in the presentation to the customer, builder, and architect.
Follow up with the sales team on the status of the proposal.
Once the proposal becomes a sale, assemble submittals and any additional documents that may be
required to order the project.
Prior to ordering the project, review with the HUB manager or store manager and sales and installation
team to ensure all parties understand the details and responsibilities.
Upload all documentation into Procore, monitor, and document all aspects of the project, including
change orders, communication with customers and vendors, photographs, etc.

Essential Functions
Proficiently utilize window and door quoting software, Andersen, Harvey, Jeld-Wen, Mi, Milgard,
Plygem, and Silverline.
Read and understand window and door specifications.
Understanding building specifications related to windows and doors.

Write and prepare an RFI document.
Understand current building codes related to windows and doors.
Utilize window and door quoting software in Vinyl, Wood, and Aluminum programs.
Utilize Procore software.
Utilize Planswift Software.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the WD HUB Manager, WD Coordinators,
Sales Team, Contractors, Architects, and Vendors.
Compile and check proposals and price projects.
Assist in proposal presentation with the Sales Team as needed.
Capable of using 84 Lumber POS System.
