Manages personnel to ensure the availability of skilled technicians to meet patient care needs following established productivity standards. Acts in the absence of the manager as appropriate. For facilities with specialty accreditation requirements: 1. Completion of annual required education related to specialty accreditation as defined by accreditation standards. Training may be completed through CBLs, trainings, In-services, and competency validation.
