This position focuses on improving workflows and processes to drive efficiency and cost savings. Responsibilities include monitoring medication lists, reviewing medication cost reports, investigating inventory issues, and managing medications within order sets. The pharmacist also reviews Epic upgrade documentation and ensures smooth system updates. While the role does not provide direct patient care, it supports patient care by enabling clinical teams to work more effectively. This position also monitors team productivity, assigns work, and provides input on performance reviews, collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. What Awaits You?
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum 54.59 per hour - Maximum 90.15 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
