Our client is looking to hire an Incident Manager. The shift is Monday-Thursday 9:30pm-7:30a.
This role is responsible for supporting end users in a 24x7 capacity around the globe, with majority of locations based in USA. 1. Communication: * Clear and concise communication is crucial for coordinating with various stakeholders and keeping everyone informed 2. Leadership: * Strong leadership skills are needed to guide teams through high-pressure situations and ensure everyone stays focused on resolving the incident 3. Problem-Solving: * The ability to quickly analyze complex problems and identify effective solutions is essential 4. Decision-Making: * Making timely and informed decisions, often with limited information, is a critical part of the role 5. ITIL Knowledge: * Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices helps in managing incidents efficiently and aligning IT services with business needs 6. Crisis Management: * Skills in managing crises, including staying calm under pressure and maintaining control of the situation 7. Stakeholder Management: * Effectively managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they are kept informed 8. Organizational Skills: * Keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring that all actions are documented and followed up 9. Technical Knowledge: * A solid understanding of the technical environment to effectively coordinate with technical teams and understand the issues at hand 10. Flexibility and Adaptability: * Being able to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
