*Description*
- Mon-Fri 8am-4pm w/ 1 hour lunch - Training: Hands on training with management, should be about a month until they are completely on their own. Will need to learn medical equipment, as well as their computer system. Job Description: - Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients - Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, email - May be responsible for obtaining, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals, create orders, and or schedule the patient to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor - Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals - Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up on customer calls where necessary ON-CALL ONCE THEY GO DIRECT Not as frequent- generally every 8-12 weeks - get to sign up for shifts they want, some sign up for a lot, so some people might be doing this very rarely. The schedule is done quarterly - comes out in 3 month increments, can give up their shifts or pick some up. Holidays are $100 stipend, anytime worked is OT. They will be able to work remote during their on-call days. They will be working "on call" 1-3 times per month. Some people genuinely enjoy it, so that allows other people to not have to do it as much. They will log their hours for however long they are on the phone with each customer, sometimes there will be days they do not receive a single call. For the time they log, they will receive their hourly wage. Even if they do not take ANY calls, they will still receive their stipend (see below).
