Description
The Disclosure Desk Specialist is responsible for reviewing and sending all applicable disclosures and redisclosures throughout the loan process, excluding closing disclosures. This role requires strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and ensuring the accuracy of all disclosures. * Top Skills Details * Loan Disclosures * Encompass and Optimal Blue Experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience in a Disclosure Desk role * Proficiency with TILA/RESPA regulations * Experience in reviewing and issuing disclosures to loan applicants, including initial applications, changes of circumstance (CoCs), and initial closing disclosures * Knowledge of 0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories and their impact on tolerance cures for good faith fee variance violations * Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines * Effective communication skills with team members via Outlook and Teams #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr. - Health insurance - Life insurance - Disability insurance Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in accordance with our usual policies.
