As a result, our outcomes reflect the success of our model and the commitment of our members with 74% remaining in treatment after 6 months, 90% attending group therapy each week and 89% abstaining from illicit substances each week. Responsibilities At Groups, the Recovery Support Supervisor will support the Recovery Support Specialists who provide assistance accessing Social Determinants of Health resources and services in the communities. The Recovery Support Supervisor will manage a team of 6-10 Recovery Support Specialists across multiple locations. This individual will be accountable for the quality and key performance indicators related to the Recovery Support team in partnership with state and regional leaders. This role reports to the Care Coordination Manager.
