Summary/Primary Purpose: Plays a key role on the Divisional Communications Team, serving as videographer/MMJ and social media facilitator while also providing assistance with graphic design and website updates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Education and/or Experience: Degree in journalism, PR, communications, marketing, graphic design, or similar required. Two to three years of relevant experience in journalism, PR, communications, or related field required. Experience in managing social media accounts via apps like Hootsuite is a plus. Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.
