How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a B2B Marketing Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support PMI's enterprise solutions and products. This role requires a strong focus on product campaign support, account-based marketing (ABM), and stakeholder collaboration to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer passionate about delivering engaging campaigns that resonate with enterprise audiences.

What you'll bring to the role:




  • Product Campaign and Rollout Support

    • Lead the development and execution of product marketing campaigns to support the launch and promotion of PMI's enterprise solutions.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to design engaging marketing materials, including end-user emails, landing pages, sales enablement tools, and SME content.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing assets to maximize product adoption and customer engagement.
    • Manage marketing timelines to ensure successful and timely product rollouts.


  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Market Strategy

    • Work closely with the Markets Team to identify ABM opportunities and design targeted marketing programs that drive engagement with key accounts.
    • Develop personalized campaigns for high-value accounts, using insights to create relevant messaging and offers.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize ABM tactics, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and business development goals.


  • B2B Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing

    • Drive demand generation programs that support lead acquisition, conversion, and pipeline growth in the enterprise space.
    • Working with our paid media team, develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and events to engage prospects at various buyer journey stages.
    • Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel and improve conversion rates.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with product, sales, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment across go-to-market initiatives.
    • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to continuously improve marketing programs and materials.
    • Ensure that marketing efforts reflect PMI's brand voice and messaging, resonating with enterprise audiences.


  • Reporting and Optimization

    • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
    • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on marketing performance and key metrics.
    • Stay informed on B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve PMI's enterprise marketing strategies continuously.





Role Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the professional services, education, or technology sector.
  • Experience with product marketing and ABM strategies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email, paid media, social, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator capable of briefing and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
