Enterprise Systems Analyst I

The IT Analyst will provide administration and end user support for Microsoft 365, CRM, ITSM and other enterprise SaaS solutions. In this highly collaborative environment, the Business Systems team thrives on providing creative, innovative, and timely solutions for our campus users.

We are looking for candidates who can work collaboratively to resolve problems and have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity. Different skill sets may be emphasized as dictated by current priorities requiring the incumbent to be adaptable. While this is a hands-on technical role, you will be expected to take charge of problems by taking the initiative to design and deliver solutions. We expect all team members to have a strong desire to learn, research, and apply modern technologies and methods as needed.

This position is on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following: Microsoft 365 tools (i.e. Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate), CRM, ITSM applications, or other enterprise SaaS solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections
• Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments
