The GIANT Company Omnichannel Initiatives Manager reports directly to the Marketing Director of Brand and Creative. This person will be responsible for leading strategic omnichannel growth initiatives, manage ecommerce 3rd party partnerships and oversee regional marketing support plans. The ideal candidate has significant experience working in retail in a marketing capacity, with 2-4 years of direct ecommerce experience. This candidate has lead teams in large organizations and is a skilled manager of cross functional teams. They should have a proven track record of driving innovation, building implementation plans and measuring performance vs. goals. This position will have 2 direct reports, who will support ecommerce program development, partnership management, Ahold Delhaize coordination and regional marketing support plan execution. Reporting to the Marketing Director of Brand and Creative, this person will be accountable for identifying opportunities, initiating new programs and setting related financial targets. regional marketing support What will I do as the Omnichannel Initiatives Manager at The GIANT Company?
- Omnichannel CVP (Customer Value Proposition) planning, competitive monitoring and enhancement implementation. Actively evaluates the The GIANT Company omnichannel/ecommerce CVP to ensure our brand maintains components necessary for achieving sales and market share goals.
- Introduces new omnichannel programs, online capabilities and digital experience enhancements. Leads projects and coordinates cross functionally within The GIANT Company and with Ahold Delhaize resources. Oversees each step of implementation including discovery, business case development, project execution and in market launch.
- Leads and owns relationship, strategic planning and functional activation with ecommerce partners (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, etc...). This includes the introduction of new partnerships, last mile services, commercial plans and customer growth. Coordinates cross functionally as needed, working directly with finance to set targets and measure performance.
- Responsible for setting and achieving sales budgets for new ecommerce programs and 3rd party marketplace growth (ex. Uber 2025 launch budget of $8M).
- Represents The GIANT Company in cross brand / Ahold Delhaize meetings, projects, prioritization and issue resolution. Responsible for collecting internal The GIANT Company direction and feedback to advocate for brand needs and priorities. Captures and communicates ecommerce updates and findings that they receive to The GIANT Company leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support and coordinates ecommerce technology issue investigation, mitigation and resolution. Partners with merchandising and operations as issues are identified, helping coordinate necessary Ahold Delhaize resources.
- The GIANT Company contact for Ahold Delhaize product team, supporting and coordinating introduction of new digital enhancements. Supports and advocates for brand inputs for product roadmap prioritization.
- Leads regional marketing strategic planning, prioritization and execution for total brand, all channels (B&M, Pickup, Delivery, 3rd party marketplaces). Partners cross functionally with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Merchandising to identify opportunities, intrusions and trends to be prioritized for regional marketing support. Manages the development of plans and coordinates execution across the company.
- Tasked with evolving our regional marketing support strategic approach and planning process. Will work cross functionally to relaunch and redefine this program from reactive tactical activation to strategic competitive advantage.
What do we expect you to bring to the table?

- 6-10 years of experience in Marketing leadership or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is required.
- Significant experience working in retail in a marketing capacity.
- 2-4 years of direct ecommerce experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented approach.

What are the details?
- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. and will require 3 days a week in the office.
- Reporting: The Omnichannel Initiatives Manager reports to the Director of Marketing within the Marketing Team.
