Essential Job Functions:

  • Works, in partnership with the Human Resources team, to provide excellent customer services, responding to all internal and external customers and inquiries with timely and accurate information.
  • Assists with general HR functions, including but not limited to providing requested forms, scheduling and facilitating orientation, maintaining employee files, updating and communicate various human resource policies, and procedures, answering inquiries from team members as needed, completing verifications, and proactively engaging with team members.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks as needed;

    • including but not limited to: reviewing applications, assisting direct in the development of advertisements, and participating in interviews.


  • Assist with processing payroll;

    • including all PAF processing, data entry, reporting, and filing tax and retirement forms as necessary and as dictated by the governing agencies. Complete full-cycle, bi-weekly multi-state payrolls for a growing company of 450+ employees


  • Maintain company-wide organization charts
  • Conducts exit interviews.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Work with team to proactively identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to support positive employee relations and maintain productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Manage specific HR operations projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
  • Processing TechCred applications.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Associates Degree in related field or High School Diploma
  • AND minimum of 1-year general Human Resources experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Payroll experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Has a high degree of organization and attention to detail; has the ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with employees and all levels of management; able to create a working environment of open communication and trust
