*Description*
Reporting to the Global, Safety and Security team, this person will work as a part of the Global Badging Services team for the administering, production, issuing, and auditing of company ID badges and access level permissions for all employees, contractors/vendors and any other person(s) requiring access to Salesforce property. Responsibilities *Provide excellent customer service to walk-ups in the badge office *Work out of our internal ticketing system to process badging related requests, responding within service level agreement *Create and issue new personnel access badges using a physical security access control system application *Produce and program Guest & Temporary access badges in our access control system *Process all outgoing badging supply shipments *Tracking and stocking badge supplies *Provide troubleshooting support for all things related to badge printers *Support global badging team projects and badge operations *Special projects *Professional Experience/Skills Preferred *Basic toExperience with e-mail, Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office *Strong organizational skills *Detail oriented *Project management *Self starter *Passion and willingness to learn *Previous badge operations experience a plus *Skills* CRM, customer service, Google Suite *Top Skills Details* CRM,customer service,Google Suite *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Quarterly count all inventory in storage room and badge office - document in inventory tracker Advise the process to the badging par *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
