As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Highlights: We provide a meaningful and rewarding group practice experience. Providers can focus on clinical work while the practice provides complete and comprehensive administrative support. Our administrative and operations teams will manage all clerical, administrative, marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling responsibilities. We offer flexible work schedules with opportunities for day, evening and weekend clinical hours for both PT and FT employees. Clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and work locations, with options to work in person, hybrid or fully remote. We offer professional, strengths-based, and collegial support. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field A State of Oregon (License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License.
