We are currently seeking a SD Lead-Order Mgmt to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Lead functional Data Migration Team in design and gap analysis project
• Compile and confirm Data Object Inventory.
• Fine tine Data Migration design schedule.
• Work closely with Data Migration Team and Functional Team to coordinate data mapping, transformation and validation rules for different data objects from legacy systems to SAP.
• Provide guidance to Business in data harmonization and data cleansing.
• Advise Business on options, risks and any impacts related to data conversion
• Provide day-to-day leadership of data design activities including tracking progress.

Years of Experience

• 5+ years experience with SAP data migrations
• Data Migration lead role in at least 1 project

Education and Certifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills

• Good understanding of conversion tools, methodologies and best practices for Data Migration
• Experience with at least one data migration tool
• Data migration cockpit knowledge preferred, but not required
• Experienced with managing data migration design and development.
• Experience with managing mock data migrations cycles and data migration cutover to production.
• Functional SAP experience.
• Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment.

Language

• Fluent in English
