Position Title: DISTRICT MANAGER I - NYC, CT, NJ

Pay Grade: 16

Reports To: VP of Operations

Salary: $120,000-$130,000/yr

Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee 10-12 accounts across New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey. You will lead and manage a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to ensure the highest quality of food service while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires you to balance strategic leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction to ensure success across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of all accounts to ensure profitability and alignment with budget goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies across all locations.
  • Oversee planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region, ensuring smooth operations at each account.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in contract food service management, with a proven track record of success in multi-unit operations.
  • Experience in corporate dining food service management is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple locations and leading teams across regions.
  • Able to travel throughout NYC, CT and NJ
