One of our strategic initiatives is to make the enterprise easier to navigate -- helping our team focus on meeting the unmet needs of patients. We're doing that by building an advanced, AI-powered chatbot called AVA - the Virtual Assistant.

The primary goal of this role is to establish and enhance rigorous quality processes, including test strategies, automated testing, test execution, and real-world data monitoring. You'll work with technical team members on other teams to build integrations and deliver enterprise knowledge and automations to our colleagues through AVA.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with designers, developers, and others to ensure the realized technology matches the stated requirements and the business opportunities identified by the product owner team.

* Determine approach and solution to scaling existing test procedures, adding automation where appropriate

* Apply analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems based on stated requirements and sources of implicit requirements: user feedback, appropriate data, input from cross-functional stakeholders, and your own knowledge of business and technology.

* Develop preliminary testing strategies and execute them to formulate preliminary findings. Work is performed and technical decisions are made with a high degree of independence and performance is judged by results obtained.

* Analyze processes and needs and make recommendations that are most effective means to satisfy those needs. Analyze the most complex work procedures and job methods and present concepts to simplify those procedures within the domain of applicability for the AI-powered chatbot.

* Work effectively with a team/group to accomplish organizational goals. Actively participate in client and team meetings by offering suggestions. Provide leadership to project planning with respect to quality verification and testing.

* Exercise latitude in approach to problem and solution. Work is reviewed for soundness of business judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree field plus 5 years of experience in delivering information technology projects, or Master's degree plus 4 years of experience

* Experience in a Business System Analyst, test engineer, or related role

* Successfully delivered IT projects in a quality-related role

* Demonstrated ability to define test plans and procedures according to departmental standards

* Experience delivering technology using Agile processes

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Ability to work on location in Lake County on a regular basis

* Project Management experience

* Preferred: Knowledge & experience in AI-Systems or chatbots
