About the Role: We are looking for an HR Solution Architect to join our HR Transformation team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to design, implement and maintain HR technology solutions that enhance HR processes, drive efficiencies, and support the overall business strategy. Upon joining, the HR Solution Architect will support the design, build, and sustainment of our new Enterprise-wide HXM, SAP SuccessFactors.

This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland or Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Pay and Benefits:



  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement HR technology solutions to meet organizational needs, including the evaluation of new technologies to enhance HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Develop and govern technical architecture for HR applications and platforms
  • Assess current HR systems and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage customization and configuration through technical guidance to development teams
  • Vendor managementto oversee third-party providers and ensure adherence to standards
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and issues
  • Ensure documentation of technical specifications and solution designs


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology, including IT architecture, design, and implementation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and understanding of end to end process and data flows
  • Experience with integrations, data migration and configurations
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, performance, master data, talent acquisition, etc.,)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and design effective HR solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with functional stakeholders and technical teams (IT, HR, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel 15 %



Desired Qualifications:



  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), SHRM-CP/SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional/Senior Certified Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Experience working with IT talent located in India
