Sales Representative

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer customers' questions regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
- Contact both regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide estimates or quotes for prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve any problems and offer ongoing support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prepare drawings, estimates, and bids tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide customers with product samples.
- Identify prospective customers using various outreach methods.
- Arrange and oversee the delivery of products.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Perform administrative duties, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and filing expense account reports.
- Obtain credit information about prospective customers.

**Qualifications:**

- Knowledge of selling principles, design, customer service technologies, and all phases involved in the industry's sales functions, as well as trends and changes in the industry.
- Skilled in marketing and sales presentations.
- Ability to conduct meetings and collaborate with personnel from various departments to support the sales function.
- Willingness to travel as needed to cover sales territory in Wisconsin and Illinois.
