*Description*
Develop budget for the branch. Established measurables and provide direction to the sales and service staff as needed to meet branch budgets and goals. Accountable for the P&L performance of the branch. Manage the sales and service team to meet company standards for quotation, quotation follow up, and to meet customer expectations. Actively manage the customer workflow, sales & quotation processes, and the order fulfillment process to meet or exceed customer expectations and/or company standards. Professionally communicate and work with all branches and departments within Northwest Electric. Provide the highest quality service & repair by following & promoting company QA procedures as well as identifying, evaluating, and taking corrective actions to improve processes and eliminate quality control issues. Promptly investigate and resolve legitimate and justified customer complaints in a manner that will satisfy the customer and yet meet company policies. Oversee and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet customer needs and company goals. Collaborate with the territory's Sales representative and V.P. of Sales, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to direct reports by conducting Growth & Development plans and Biannual Conversations. Identifies training requirements and recommends classes, seminars, and internal training as needed. Manage the overall care, maintenance and calibration of all company equipment, vehicles, facility, and grounds. Research and present cost justifications for branch capital expenditures and submit to President for approval. Comply with all company memos and distribute applicable information to the branch personnel. Assist staff in the understanding and administration of company rules and regulations including sales and credit policies. Ensure all company safety programs are implemented and followed. Attend seminars, expositions, and various training to continually develop leadership skills and technical knowledge that provides additional value to the company and/or its customers. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of each service, product and application in order to recognize quickly which ones can benefit each customer. Gain product knowledge through catalogs, sales bulletins, sales meetings, factory schools, company sponsored training, and personal experiences, etc. Coordinate with HR Manager relative to interviewing and hiring applicants and terminating employees for the branch departments. Other duties assigned as needed. Strong people skills. Ability to promote a strong company image and deal effectively with customers. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
