*Description*
* Serve as point person for plasma centers on the hardware refresh project * Inventory Management (assign temporary device names in Active Directory) * Add devices to an inventory management system * Coordinate and communicate hardware delivery and schedule desktop installation and IQ with Plasma Centers; oversee the work of Tier 1 project members and escalate issues accordingly to appropriate IT staff * Perform systems Installation Qualification (IQ) and implementation with Plasma Center staff * Responsible for handling high level technical issues, complex problems, and escalations * Update inventory management systems as well as SharePoint sites (as applicable) * Attend project meetings and provide project status * Assist project team with technical issues in the implementation of hardware being refreshed * Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to quality standards and SOP's. *Skills* Hardware, inventory management, active directory, Support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1.
