A couple of items to discuss: *4 days onsite *There could also be times that split between locations. The majority of the time they will be at Headquarters but the other locations are not far. 1.) 5+ years of experience Troubleshooting both Hardware and Software. They will be supporting Laptops, Smart phones, tablets, macbooks, Office 365, Proprietary applications -The highest volume issue they see is within Office 365, specifically Outlook. Rules, Permissions, Calendar access or delegation etc. 2.) 3+ Windows OS and MAC experience. Understanding how to troubleshoot, image and support Windows/Mac endpoint environments 3.) 3+ Customer service experience - Experience working with end users face to face. This is critical because they will be support all different types of employees *Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves* * Windows 10 * Office 365 * desktop support * customer services *Job Description* The Work Bench supports all internal users. It allows employees to get technical issues resolved and there are multiple ways employees can meet with a Work Bench technician: They can make a appointment or just walk up. They will receive anywhere from 10 to 20 tickets a day. They will will receive issues from: imaging computers (using SCCM), OS issues (both Windows and Mac), network connectivity issues (Wifi, VPN, printer), basic navigation, password resets, etc. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* It will be a plus if someone has experience working within this time of support model. They will need experience working face to face with end users. They leverage ServiceNow has a ticketing system. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
