Responsibilities

As a Senior Enhanced Security Specialist with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Independently performs security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP

Considers all aspects of security, to include personnel security, physical security, operations security, communications security, and associated oversight
Supports quality reviews of security work products, tracking project progress, and may assist in planning of project, resources, and schedules
Coordinate with external teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and security, to ensure compliance with TEMPEST requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant DoD/IC program security management experience.
Must have active Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Extensive knowledge of SAP/SCI standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations
Experience implementing ICD 705 standards for SAP/SCI facilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
Sound understanding of theories and practices within risk mitigation and the continually changing security environment
Ability to implement strong security strategy with practices designed to successfully address evolving SAP/SCI security requirements
Demonstrate the ability for advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $78,400.00/Yr. - USD $131,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
