Title: Advisory Billing Manager Location: Hybrid, NYC Salary: $120000-140000 We're seeking an Advisory Billing Manager to oversee the precise calculation and invoicing of client advisory fees and the timely distribution of advisor payouts. You'll ensure everything is done correctly, following regulations and company policies. What You'll Do: Manage Advisory Billing: Calculate and invoice client advisory fees across various programs, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations. Calculate and process advisor payouts according to compensation plans. Oversee the distribution of payments to advisors and financial professionals. Manage multiple billing systems across different platforms. Be the primary manager of billing systems for proprietary products, plan consulting, and financial plan billings. Handle Financial Processes: Work with Operations to manage fee collection, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies. Review and approve billing statements from third-party partners. Communicate with advisors and partners regarding fee and payout inquiries. Provide regular updates on billing trends and status. What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on advisory billing or compensation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
