Description OurQuality Technician is a key part of the organization, supporting teams across all business functions to ensure excellence and consistency. This role supports the development and implementation of systems, procedures, methods, and forms that reflect the organization's quality management policy program. They operate as an internal resource and a technical quality expert. This role assists the quality manager to ensure overall product quality, reviews and resolves quality related complaints and occurrences, and works closely with all business leaders to ensure that solutions are implemented and maintained. This position reports to the Quality Manager and is located at our Golden Valley, Minnesota plant with occasional travel to our Brooklyn Park, Minnesota plant. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting pay rate for this position is $23.64 - $29.55 per hour. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay the above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
