Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.

Oversee the development and maintenance of project plans ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Provide guidance and support to team members on agile practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements.

Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery.

Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.

Implement and enforce agile best practices ensuring that teams adhere to agreed-upon processes and standards.

Conduct regular reviews of team performance providing feedback and coaching to help individuals and teams improve.

Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques ensuring that teams have the resources they need to succeed.

Support the continuous improvement of agile processes identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Promote a culture of transparency and accountability encouraging open communication and collaboration across teams.

Contribute to the development of agile training materials and resources helping to build agile capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Project Planning Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Possess a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Show proficiency in agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.

Have a proven track record of successfully leading agile teams.

Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Certifications Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/17/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000- $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
