We are seeking a Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project tracking risk management planning and stakeholder management. Familiarity with ITIL and iCertis is essential. Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus.

Location: New York - Hybrid, Remote might be considered for candidates willing to travel

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $145,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are well-defined and achievable.
• Oversee project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Provide risk management by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Implement ITIL processes to enhance project efficiency and service delivery.
• Utilize iCertis to manage contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans to guide team members and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in project tracking risk management and planning.
• Should be proficient in stakeholder management and ITIL processes.
• Must have hands-on experience with iCertis for contract management.
• Experience in regulatory compliance is a nice to have.
• Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
