Pricing Analyst

Solenis Pool Solutions seeks an experienced and analytical Pricing Analyst to contribute to strategic pricing initiatives across North America. In this role, you will support the Pricing Manager with critical analysis and insights, shaping data-driven pricing decisions to enhance revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Pricing Managers in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance, to align pricing strategies and goals.
  • Create ad-hoc models and conduct in-depth analyses to support key business decisions and pricing initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of competitive market intelligence to inform pricing strategies.
  • Partner with the Pricing Administration team to address and resolve complex pricing inquiries escalated by the Sales team.

Skills/Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional functions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change, with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing and collaborating effectively across various stakeholder groups.
  • A naturally curious, positive, and innovative approach, with the capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, with relevant experience in pricing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pricing, ideally in a B2C environment; experience in sales, finance, or procurement will also be considered.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in data-driven problem solving, including quantitative analysis and the ability to communicate actionable insights effectively.
  • Preferred experience with pricing software (e.g., PriceFx), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and SAP.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,000.00 and $96,600.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
