Job Summary: Direct specialty call center operations, budget, people, performance management and production planning to ensure achievement of annual collection goals and quality and process improvement initiatives. Establish and implement strategic direction for multiple recruitment efforts. Implement standard operating procedures and policies, remedy efficiency issues and ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: 5 years of management experience. Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Knowledge of customer service techniques and negotiation skills, ability to effectively implement programs and excellent organizational skills are required. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively, assimilate information quickly, analyze problems and implement solutions appropriately is required. Must have the ability to work independently while developing a functioning team as well as have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training, presentation and negotiating skills. Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment are required. Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment required. Travel: Some travel may be required. *Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
