Description
Mazak is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Sales Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and supporting end-of-month sales closing efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors to verify information and ensure documentation meets regulatory and company standards. Additionally, you will provide critical information to headquarters to support the export of machinery to the USA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance in a global business environment. Safety: Customer Information Verification: YMT/YMC-Trade-Control Compliance Coordination Documentation and Reporting: * Work with the Export Department to ensure proper documentation for compliance in Mexico and Canada. Sales Process Support: * A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome. * Familiarity with international trade regulations, especially METI export control laws, is a plus. * Experience in compliance or administrative roles within manufacturing, industrial, or export settings is beneficial but not required.
